Every time I go here the service is fast and friendly. Joe runs a great shop that is reputable. Chat GTP isn't going to fix your car but Joe and the guys at Three Points will.

The Best automotive shop in the Triad: Fast, friendly+honest~ but most importantly they do NOT charge you up the wazooo. I noticed many locals go here and they also do vehicular work for city/county ppl. They are legit!!! and i rather much support small local shops rather than big brand franchises.

I have two kids who attend High Point University which is 5 hours away from our home. Last year my son's truck broke down and I looked for automotive places in the High Point area and Three Points Automotive had great reviews. I called them and spoke with Joe who was very helpful. We towed his truck there. We felt they were honest, reasonably priced and they fixed it quickly. A week ago, my daughter's vehicle broke down in the middle of the highway. We had it towed to Three Points Automotive. I spoke to Joe, they quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it quicker then we expected. I highly recommend Three Points Automotive and we will definitely use them in the future. I appreciate you taking care of both of my kids when we are so far away.

my car hasnt overheated in years but the day i go into this shop for an inspection i end up only getting an oil change bc my check engine light was on and they told me my car is supposedly leaking oil, so they offered me just an oil change and i accepted. after the oil change, i drive barely 15 minutes and smoke starts coming out the hood of my car, so i call them to ask if they touched anything else and they lied to me and said they didnt & that its probably just residue from the oil. so i took their word for it and continued driving for another hour, next thing i kno smoke is just flowingg out the hood of my car and i look to my dashboard and the needle that tells you the temp of the engine is all the way to the right on the “H”, so i pull over immediately and call them and tell them, and they suggest for me to call a tow truck to tow my car to them, mind you im in winston and theyre in high point, what do i look like paying even more money for a tow truck all the way to high point when i just paid yall 50$ for a oil change when yall told me it was gonna be 35$???? but anyways i lift my hood up and my antifreeze is leaked on my car and the lid is damaged like they couldnt get it
